Technology - Innovation - Freedom

Join Dragonchain as we fight for liberty and open innovation for all.

The Mission of the Legal Fund

The Securities and Exchange Commission has set its sights on Dragonchain and all blockchain technology.

At stake software innovation itself.

OUR fight is YOUR fight

Together we can put a stop to regulatory overreach...

Blockchain software is important to freedom loving peoples everywhere. This technology should thrive in the United States of America. It should be encouraged by the US government and its regulators as the Internet was in its early days. Blockchain introduced something unique to the world as a new and more powerful form of recorded history, that of immutable and measurable history. Many in the industry have had similar experiences and as a result have the impression that the SEC is picking and choosing projects to target, often singling out the ones with the biggest opportunity to disrupt incumbent interests, while giving a free pass to others. The commission is trying to shoehorn software technology into incompatible securities law from the 1930’s. This calls into question whether the Commission understands the technology enough to effectively regulate it.

Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.

-- Thomas Paine
